HOW DO I...
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ?

Consultations are by appointment only. Contact the surgery by telephone or in person during opening hours. Urgent appointments will always be accommodated on the same day, but not necessarily with a particular doctor. For routine appointments please try to give as much notice as possible so that we may offer a wider range of times and the doctor of your choice.

We operate an 'Open Access' system for Monday and Friday, when you may ring on the day for an appointment the same day. If you do not need an appointment within two working days, you also have the option to book up to six weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you. We also provide a telephone consultation service. To use this service please telephone the receptionist and ask for a telephone consultation. You will be given a time to call back and will then be able to speak with a doctor.

The practice also offers extended hours during the evenings each week, sometimes at Westerham and sometimes at Sundridge. This is primarily for patients who find it difficult to come to the surgery at other times. Please note these appointments are bookable in advance and are not for emergency use.

If you are not able to keep an appointment, please inform the receptionist.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A HOME VISIT ?

Visits are for those who are housebound or too ill to come to the surgery. If you require a visit please telephone the surgery before 10.30am. The receptionist will ask you for brief details of your illness in order to help the doctors assess your priority on their rounds.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN TEST RESULTS?

If you need to telephone the surgery to check results, please ring between 2.00pm and 4.00pm when the telephone is less busy and the clerk has time to find out if the results are available. We are not able to give your results to any person other than yourself, unless they are for your child under 16.
