Ordering Prescriptions during the Coronavirus Pandemic 

Westerham and Sundridge medical centre are now operating an ONLINE PRESCRIPTION REQUEST SERVICE called Patient Access in order to reduce the risk of exposure to and transmission of Coronavirus. 

How to register for Patient Access

Patient Access is a online service which allows you to order repeat prescriptions without coming into the practice. The service is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.

Step 1. Please download and complete the application form.

Step 2. Return the completed form to the following email address westerham.enquiries@nhs.net or call the surgery on 01959 564949 and go through the application over the phone. 

Step 3. Once you have completed the above steps and your application has been approved by the surgery you will receive an email with you Patient Access login details. 

Step 4. Visit https://app.patientaccess.com/login  and use your login details to sign into your Patient Access account and order your repeat prescriptions. 

Step 5. You can see when your prescription request has been approved by logging onto your Patient Access account. 

Step 6. To reduce the number of patients coming into the surgery you will be asked to select a pharmacy to pick your prescription up from. We will endeavour to process all prescription requests within 72hrs.

 

Register Online via Patient Access 

If you are unable to download the forms above you can also register for this service online. 

Step 1. Go to https://app.patientaccess.com/registration/create 

Step 2. Enter your personal details.

Step 3. Select your practice and click Continue.

Step 4. Click No to having a registration letter and then click Continue.

Step 5. Once you have submitted your application process and the surgery has approved it you will receive an email with you Patient Access login details. 

Step 6. Visit https://app.patientaccess.com/login  and use your login details to sign into your Patient Access account and order your repeat prescriptions. 

Step 7. You can see when your prescription request has been approved by logging onto your Patient Access account.
