ADHD/Autism/learning disability and Right to Choose
Learning disability, autism and ADHD
NHSE is changing the way health, social care and education professionals support people who may be neurodivergent, making sure people can access appropriate support at the right time.
On these pages you will find information and links to local and national support for children, young people and adults living in Kent and Medway.
Asthma and COPD Clinics
The clinics are run by Practice Nurses alongside our Doctors.
Please ask your doctor if you think you may be eligible.
Cervical Screening
Women aged between 24 and 64 should have a cervical screening every 3 to 5 years to help prevent cervical cancer. The screening is quick and painless and can be done here in the practice.
If you are aged over 24 and have never had a smear test, or if it has been more than 3 to 5 years since your last screening, you should arrange an appointment with our Practice Nurse. You should not have the test while you are having a period or in the 4 days before or after your period as this can affect the sample.
Child Health and Immunisations
Babies and pre-school age children can be immunised at both surgeries; please telephone for an appointment with the practice nurse.
Please do not bring an ill child to these sessions to see the doctor, as other children might be put at risk.
If the clinic times are very inconvenient, immunisations can be given at other times by your doctor by appointment. We prefer all our children to be vaccinated at the surgeries to help maintain continuity of care and also enable records to be kept of any problems which may arise.
Diabetic Clinic
The clinics are run by Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants alongside our doctors.
Please ask your doctor if you think you may be eligible.
Family Planning
A full range of contraceptive services is offered by the practice, including coil fittings.
Maternity
Antenatal and postnatal care is carried out by both the doctors and the midwives by appointment.
The midwives run clinics from Edenbridge.
